This is a chart laying out the results of a medical study.
The label of this column is "indication d'implantation".

Discussion

RHELLER (asker) Feb 4, 2006:
This was a rush job and I had to decide so I am closing the question early. I really appreciate everyone's help and I mean that. Sometimes it's just hard to decide which term to pick.
RHELLER (asker) Feb 3, 2006:
Faster than the speed of light! wow-impressive and it is very nice to know that some people are helpful :-)

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "I decided to use this because I think it comes closest to the truth in this study. The facts were simply not there so X was not documented. Merci, Drmanu49!"

Left blank, No answer given, Not filled in

Any of these three expressions would probably be OK, depending on the context
Peer comment(s):

agree iol : yes...to me "left blank"

agree Nikki Scott-Despaigne : Agree. It means that a particular section has not been filled in (GB) / out (US). There may be documentation somewhere so "not documented" does not ring true to me for this one.

"No information" is the same as "left blank". It's a matter of style or preference

"No information available". You could add "available". Why not?
